Thirteen years since Strategic Philanthropy began with a vision to help businesses, foundations, and government agencies maximize their impact. Every year has had its challenges, but 2024 felt different—it was a year of refining, adapting, and stepping into the future with clarity and confidence.
This past year, we got leaner and meaner. Clients change and evolve and I’ve learned to see it as part of the natural ebb and flow of business. It allowed us to focus on the work that matters most and double down on serving our clients with the depth, strategy, and passion they deserve.
We also embraced technology and AI in a bigger way than ever before. From automating tedious processes to leveraging AI-driven insights, we’ve leaned into efficiency without losing the human touch that makes philanthropy so powerful. The world is changing, and rather than resist, we’re running alongside it—finding ways to work smarter, serve better, and amplify impact.
Balancing Motherhood and a Business
If I’ve learned anything in 2024, it’s that I can’t do it all—at least not all at once. Being a mom while growing a business is a constant juggling act, but I’ve never been more grateful for the flexibility this job provides. I can step away when I need to, be present for my family, and still return to work that fulfills me. It’s a privilege I don’t take for granted.

– 341,067 in-kind products distributed
– 63 events, 5,041 attendees
– $855,000+ in volunteer hours donated
– $2.8 million in grants awarded through volunteer efforts
Numbers don’t tell the whole story, but they do remind us of why we do what we do. Behind every statistic is a nonprofit given the resources to do more, a family supported through community giving, and employees who feel empowered to make a difference.
